Responsibilities of the Scientist (T-Cell Immunology):
- Perform immune-based assays such as multicolor flow cytometry, ELISA & cell-based assays.
- Perform murine in vivo study workflows such as performing injections and tissue dissections.
- Perform murine ex vivo study workflows and develop skills in immunology.
- Document experimental work in an electronic lab notebook with attention to detail.
- Procure, organize, and maintain inventory of materials needed for experiments.
Requirements of the Scientist (T-Cell Immunology):
- PhD in immunology or relevant field, with 1-2 years laboratory experience in industry or academia.
- Must have experience working with T-Cells and tissue dissection.
- Expertise acquiring and analyzing multi-parameter flow cytometry data.
- Experience with molecular immunology is a plus.
