Position located in Boston, MA

Responsibilities of the Scientist – In Vivo/Immunology:

• Provide technical and scientific expertise in in vivo pharmacology to enable target identification, validation, and prioritization.
• Will perform in vivo study workflows including injections (intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous, etc), organ harvesting, and tissue processing.
• Independently carry out immunoassays such as multi-color flow cytometry and ELISA.
• Independently analyze, interpret and troubleshoot experiments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Record and maintain all relevant data in an electronic laboratory notebook.

Requirements of the Scientist – In Vivo/Immunology:

• PhD in Immunology or related discipline with 1+ years industry experience.
• Recent hands-on experience with in vivo techniques and mouse models is required.
• Flow cytometry experience is required, up to 8+ colors.
