Scientist – In Vivo/Immunology

Position located in Boston, MA
Responsibilities of the Scientist – In Vivo/Immunology:
- Provide technical and scientific expertise in in vivo pharmacology to enable target identification, validation, and prioritization.
- Will perform in vivo study workflows including injections (intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous, etc), organ harvesting, and tissue processing.
- Independently carry out immunoassays such as multi-color flow cytometry and ELISA.
- Independently analyze, interpret and troubleshoot experiments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Record and maintain all relevant data in an electronic laboratory notebook.
Requirements of the Scientist – In Vivo/Immunology:
- PhD in Immunology or related discipline with 1+ years industry experience.
- Recent hands-on experience with in vivo techniques and mouse models is required.
- Flow cytometry experience is required, up to 8+ colors.
