Project Technical Lead

Position located in Lebanon, IN
Role Purpose:
Lead automation control systems for the Development Laboratory and interfaces with support areas (e.g., Warehouse, Administration), collaborating with project team members to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements of the Project Technical Lead:
- BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in Pharmaceutical Automation (API/bulk manufacturing preferred).
- Experience with Development Laboratory projects and large Pharmaceutical Automation Programs.
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation.
- Skills in device integration, DeltaV DCS (preferred), and strong communication/teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities of the Project Technical Lead:
- Lead technical aspects of the Development Laboratory and support areas.
- Oversee system integrators and ensure alignment with automation standards.
- Collaborate with project and program leads to integrate automation and digital solutions.
- Manage automation deliverables, including requirements, specifications, and control strategies.
- Participate in P&ID reviews and software testing strategies.
- Identify risks, track issues, and support remediation and compliance efforts.
