Position located in Cambridge, MA
Responsibilities of the Principal Research Associate/Scientist:
- Develop, validate and perform a variety of functional cell-based assays to drive drug discovery campaigns.
- Perform assay development, cell line engineering, CRISPR, qPCR, and Western Blot.
- Work with CRO’s and present data and research plans to the teams to inform data-driven decisions.
- Mentor and train Research Associates.
Requirements of the Principal Research Associate/Scientist:
- BS or MS with 5+ years industry or PhD with 2+ years industry experience.
- Must have oncology experience preferably in early drug discovery.
- Must have experience with cell assay development, qPCR, CRISPR, and Western Blot.
- Must have cell engineering experience and experience working with multiple cell lines.
