Salary: $95,000-$115,000/yr based on experience
Summary:
Seeking a full-time Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) to join a dynamic team at a family-owned outpatient clinic in New London, CT! The Clinic Director will oversee the therapy team as well as provide exceptional care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized patient care using various therapy techniques.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.
- Oversee clinic operations
- Monitor and mentor staff as needed
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy; DPT
- Management experience preferred
- Connecticut State License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
