Clinical Supervisor – Registered Nurse

Salary: $95,000- 115,000/yr based on experience
Summary:
Local pediatric practice in Plymouth, MA seeking a Nurse Clinical Supervisor (RN). The clinical supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the care team. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, no weekends!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the clinical care team.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure practice operations run smoothly.
- Support and mentor members of the clinical team.
- Perform competency and performance assessments on current and incoming staff.
- Maintain safety and compliance measures throughout the clinic.
- Support admin staff with scheduling of patients and staff members
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- Nursing management/supervisory experience required
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Covid Vaccine Required
