Seeking a full-time Clinic director (Physical Therapist) to oversee a new outpatient clinic in Groton, CT! Work with a diverse patient population, with opportunities to expand your treatment knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized patient care using various therapy techniques.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
• Instruct PTAs, family members and other caregivers on proper therapy techniques.
• Oversee clinic operations and patient scheduling.
• Mentor and coach PTs and other staff members.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy; DPT
• Connecticut State License
• First Aid, AED, and BLS certifications.
