Summary:
Seeking an Assistant Director or Nursing Services (RN) to join the nursing team for a highly rated and family owned Long Term Care facility in Middletown, RI. The ADNS will support the DNS in staff development and maintaining patient care standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure mandatory education and trainings are up to date
• Assist in scheduling and conducting in-service meetings
• Provide support to patients, family members and other visitors.
• Ensure all incidents are reported and proper follow up is conducted as necessary.
• Communicate significant patient conditions to family members and physicians.
• Track immunizations of staff and residents

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Rhode Island, or ability to obtain before start date
• One or more years in a supervisory role required
• Long Term Care experience required
• Current CPR Certification
• Covid Vaccination required
• 8a-4p M-F, with weekend rotation
