Summary:
This position will entail treating clients of all ages in an orthopedic and sports injury capacity. All updated equipment will be available as well as on site staff of senior leadership to mentor and educate therapists of all levels. This clinic executes community involvement with multiple programs throughout the year to attract new clients and give their therapists more visibility to the public. The goal of this clinic is to ensure that every client gets the best therapy experience possible and receives heavy referral traffic due to the success of these efforts. The culture is noteworthy outside of the community involvement, with team efforts of the entire clinic to receive monthly gas gift cards for exceptional performance. The goal of this owner is for his employees to never pay for gas again!

Responsibilities:

• Clinic runs on 30 min appointment slots
• Evaluations scheduled hourly
• Documentation using Prompt EMR
• Manual therapy focused clinic

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Possessional Massachusetts State License in good standing
• Will accept a new graduate ($78-$80k/yr)
• Must be willing to work full time
