Summary:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive physical therapy programs and services in an outpatient setting. The desired outcome in the clinic is to enhance and restore function, prevent/reduce disability, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. This clinic is in Plymouth, NH.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient function to develop a care plan.
• Treat patients to relieve pain and restore function using exercises and modalities.
• Adjust care plans based on patient progress.
• Form and fit splints, braces, and adaptive equipment, while educating patients.
• Coordinate therapy with other services and personnel.
• Supervise PTA’s, students, and volunteers as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Current CPR Certification
