Position located in Columbus, OH
Responsibilities of the Research Technician (Histology):
- Assist in the execution of GCLP/GLP clinical and non-clinical study sample processing, staining and analysis using a variety of assay formats.
- Assists in conducting experiments and data collection at the direction of research associates and scientists.
- Performs laboratory maintenance and helps to maintain a clean and safe working environment while ensuring compliance with GCP/GLP guidelines.
- Responsible for the preparation of clinical and non-clinical study materials.
- Prepares and maintains reagents and chemical inventory.
Requirements of the Research Technician (Histology):
- Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences strongly preferred.
- 1+ years relevant experience as a trained Histotechnician in a high complexity laboratory environment.
- Manual dexterity to use common laboratory equipment and perform sterile techniques as required.
