Registered Nurse – Nights

Hourly wage based on experience and includes night differentials: $45-53/hr
Summary:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a 5-star Skilled Nursing Facility in Concord, MA. The Registered Nurse will over see the nursing assistants and provide quality care to residents. Shifts hours are 11p-7:30a, with every other weekend. Full and part time hours available.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with residents, family members, providers and other staff
- Oversee nursing assistants to ensure proper quality of care
- Perform routine charting and documentation
- Administer medications as ordered
- Complete assessments, treatments and care plans
- Admit, transfer and discharge patients as needed
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Massachusetts, or ability to obtain before start date
- Long Term Care experience required
- Current CPR Certification
- Covid and Flu Vaccinations
- 11p-7:30a with every other weekend required
