Position located in Watertown, MA

Responsibilities of the Senior Test Engineer:

• Generate Test Plans that provide verification of system requirements and identify necessary test equipment, fixtures, and facilities.
• Collaborate with design team to produce Test Procedures and Data Collection methods.
• Coordinate, schedule and lead test activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards.
• Design, develop, procure, and/or qualify test fixtures and systems.
• Design, execute, and analyze tests and experiments.
• Track quality and lead root cause analysis efforts.

Requirements of the Senior Test Engineer:

• BSEE and 5+ years test engineering experience with electromechanical assemblies with a focus on test and validation.
• Highly competent in Linux-based industrial systems.
• Proficient in Python for test automation, debugging, and data analysis.
• Experience in designing and implementing testing fixtures.
